PRIVACY POLICY

 This document outlines the Terms and Conditions under which the Client/Service User accepts the services provided by Care360. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these Terms and Conditions, forming a contract with Care360 that incorporates all terms stated.

 Care360 will provide the services as set out in the Client/Service User Care Plan, as Care360 and the Client/Service User may agree to amend from time to time by prior agreement. The provision of services is subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Service: 


 All invoices are payable immediately on receipt and must be paid directly to Care360 by either direct debit, Cheques or bank transfer. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Xalco Ltd’. 


  1. For one-off bookings 24 hours’ notice must be given of any cancellation or amendment to any booking or time agreed between Care360 and the Client/Service User for the services to be delivered. Failure to do so will result in the full charge for the visit being levied.
  2. For Monthly care, a 14 days’ notice of cancellation or amendment must be provided to avoid being charged in full.
  3. If a visit requires cancellation due to a verifiable medical emergency, then no charge will be levied. d) To terminate or substantially revise service provision, a full 14 days’ notice is required by Care360
