How it Works

After the patient receives the necessary interventions, scans, surgeries, and medical care in the hospital, they are ready to begin their recovery journey.

Once the patient checks into our Care360 Facility, the true healing process begins.

We develop a customized rehabilitation plan, designed specifically for the patient’s needs. This plan includes clear milestones and recovery targets, guiding them through every stage of their journey.

Our goal is to support the patient in regaining independence whether fully or partially so they can transition smoothly back to their home, empowered and capable of managing their daily life.
